Swoonin'
Were i to loose my pen, on paper, white as your skin
Ink extolling virtues that my heart knows you posess
Would you sigh sweetly, and ask that i read it again?
Pale cheeks a-blush, matching your hair, would you whisper yes?
Would blood rush, to extremities yet un-named? confess
Could your heart skip?..just a beat, dancing to odd rhythm
Composed before knowing you, would it mean any less?
Would you dismiss, as conjecture, my hypnotism?
With one i've only seen, through pixelated prism
Would your passion rise to the occasion, fair maiden?
Or, metamorphose hot blood to an icy schizm?
Leaving unfulfilled, a fool's dream...impetuous yen
Alas, fool i am, only in imagination
Would you e'er request, my recited incantation....
